Are you ready to whip up some fun and learning?
Our kitchen education specialists will set up a pop-up kitchen classroom right on your campus, partnering with teachers and students to deliver engaging, hands-on lessons in science, math, health, and nutrition. Each experience will be infused with Social Emotional Learning, helping students build essential life skills while fostering cross-cultural connections.

PEAS’ outdoor and edible education consultations provide customized support to administrators and outdoor/garden leaders who are planning for building or maintaining outdoor learning spaces, engaging teachers, engaging learners, and creating outdoor learning communities.
PEAS Youth or Community Workshops
Bring the PEAS team to your site! Our outdoor and edible education leaders provide customized youth or community centered outdoor/garden and kitchen workshops. These workshops can focus on a variety of academic concepts, enrichment activities, social-emotional learning, and team building.

Summer Camps

Hands-on gardening and nature based learning is a great way to get outside and get children excited about growing and eating healthy food while having fun! Camp programs include an array of experiential seed to table discovery activities including preparing garden beds, planting, growing, harvesting, tasting, garden art, and learning how our food is connected to other aspects of our natural world.

In these 32 fun digital lessons, PEAS sets the stage by providing the background and ready-to-go outdoor inquiry activities. The teacher/facilitator shows a short video and then takes students outdoors to complete the activity.
Lesson highlights:
- Each lesson focuses on a TEKS aligned science activity with SEL and GT extensions!
- Designed for 2nd & 3rd grade students, but can easily be modified up or down.
- Streamlined materials for easy and quick prep time, so more time can be spent exploring outdoors!
